
Cheesecake Protein Cookies
These Cheesecake Cookies are like a hug in cookie form… Soft, sweet, and totally irresistible. Packed with protein, they're the treat that makes your taste buds and your muscles happy!
Ingredients
- 16 oz low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 TBSP Non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup Ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate chips
FLAVOR OPTIONS:
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cookie butter extract (our favorite addition!)
- pinch cinnamon (for warmth and flavor)
- pinch sea salt (to balance flavor and sweetness)
Instructions
- Add all dry ingriednts to a mixing bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, yogurt, and flavoring of choice. Blend until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixture together.
- Shape into 12 cookies and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
