
Low-Carb Samoa Protein Balls
Low-Carb Samoa protein balls are a delicious, protein-packed snack with almond butter, coconut, and dark chocolate. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks of tasty fuel.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural almond butter
- 1/2 cup Pure & Delicious creamy vanilla protein powder
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate chips
- 2 TBSP unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roll into 20 1-inch balls.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Or freeze for up to 3 months.
