
Mini Peanut Butter Protein Waffles
These mini peanut butter protein waffles are the perfect bite-sized boost to fuel your day- fluffy, delicious, and full of protein!
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 TBSP Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 TBSP monk fruit or stevia (Sweeten to your liking)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until well combined. Put in a mini waffle maker don't overcook to keep them nice and fluffy! Top with sugar-free whipped cream and 1/2 Tablespoon PB Fit with almond milk to desired "syrup" consistency. (Makes 2 mini waffles)
