Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 TBSP greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cashew or almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 TBSP granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Pure & Delicious Mint Chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • sprinkle sea salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spray 8×8 baking pan and pour in the batter
  • Bake at 350 for 25 min.
  • While brownies are baking crush 3 candy canes in zip lock bag.
  • Remove brownies from oven and sprinkle on crushed candy cane.
  • Cut into 9 squares and store in fridge.
