
Peppermint Protein Brownies

Made with our signature Mint Chocolate protein blend and a hint of cool peppermint, each decadent bite delivers that perfect balance of smooth chocolate and festive flavor. Packed with protein and topped with a sprinkle of crushed candy cane, they’re a treat that satisfies your sweet tooth and your goals.
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 TBSP greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cashew or almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 TBSP granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 1/4 cup Pure & Delicious Mint Chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- sprinkle sea salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Spray 8×8 baking pan and pour in the batter
- Bake at 350 for 25 min.
- While brownies are baking crush 3 candy canes in zip lock bag.
- Remove brownies from oven and sprinkle on crushed candy cane.
- Cut into 9 squares and store in fridge.
