
Protein Cake Batter Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tsp brown sugar monk fruit sweetener
- 1 TBSP softened butter
- 1-2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cake batter extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and dough-like. Chill in the fridge for a few minutes to thicken up.
- Optional: Top with sprinkles and a few white chocolate chips
