
Protein-Packed Fudgy Brownies
These protein-packed fudgy brownies are a deliciously indulgent, flourless treat with a boost of protein. With a fudgy center and a hint of hazelnut, they're the perfect sweet treat that won't derail your goals.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 TBSP non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp hazelnut extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 TBSP monk fruit sweetener
- 1/4 cup Pure & Delicious Dutch Chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- sprinkle sea salt
- 1/3 cup Ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into the baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- Cut into 9 brownies.
