
Single Serve- Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie
This single-serve chocolate chip protein cookie is a delicious and satisfying treat that's quick to make. With the perfect balance of sweetness and protein, it's sure to hit the spot.
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP cashew butter or pecan praline
- 1/3 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 TBSP brown sugar monk fruit sweetener
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 sprinkle salt
- 1 serving Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a cookie and place on a lined baking sheet. (dough will be sticky)
- Bake the cookie at 350 for 6 minutes.
