Banana Protein Muffins
These banana protein muffins are the perfect high-protein snack. Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and packed with our Creamy Vanilla protein, they offer a moist, fluffy texture that makes them ideal for a quick breakfast on the go or a post-workout refuel.
- 1 cup Extra ripe mashed bananas (3 large bananas)
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein power
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- 1/2-1 cup Chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a large mixing bowl, mix wet ingredients. Then add dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add in chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Using an oiled muffin tin, or muffin liners, fill each cup to the top. Bake 18-22min. at 350. Serve warm.
