- 1 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 cup Liquid egg whites
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 scoops Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
