No Bake Low-Carb Peanut Butter Bars

Indulge in a sweet, protein-packed treat that's easy to make and even easier to love- freeze, slice, and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder or Pure & Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder
  • 2-3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 TBSP monk fruit powdered sweetener
  • 1/4 cup sugar free Lily's chocolate chips melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chocolate chips until dough like consistency. Add more or less milk as needed.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread dough into pan evenly.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and pour over peanut butter dough and spread evenly.
  • Put bars into freezer to set for 2 hours.
  • Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
