
No Bake Low-Carb Peanut Butter Bars
Indulge in a sweet, protein-packed treat that's easy to make and even easier to love- freeze, slice, and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder or Pure & Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder
- 2-3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 3 TBSP monk fruit powdered sweetener
- 1/4 cup sugar free Lily's chocolate chips melted
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chocolate chips until dough like consistency. Add more or less milk as needed.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread dough into pan evenly.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and pour over peanut butter dough and spread evenly.
- Put bars into freezer to set for 2 hours.
- Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
