No Bake Low-Carb Peanut Butter Bars
Indulge in a sweet, protein-packed treat that's easy to make and even easier to love- freeze, slice, and enjoy!
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder or Pure & Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder
- 2-3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 3 TBSP monk fruit powdered sweetener
- 1/4 cup sugar free Lily's chocolate chips melted
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chocolate chips until dough like consistency. Add more or less milk as needed.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread dough into pan evenly.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and pour over peanut butter dough and spread evenly.
Put bars into freezer to set for 2 hours.
Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
