Our Almond Oatmeal Sugar Cookies are soft, chewy, and sprinkled with festive Christmas cheer. They’re cozy, wholesome, and just the right amount of sweet — like a warm hug straight from the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweeter
  • 1/3 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
  • sprinkle Sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Scoop into 12 cookies.
  • Top with festive sprinkles
  • Bake at 350 for 12 min.
  • Store in refrigerator.
