Pumpkin Molasses cookies
Soft, spiced, and full of seasonal warmth — our Pumpkin Molasses Cookies are the ultimate cozy treat. Made with real pumpkin puree, rich molasses, and our Creamy Vanilla protein powder, each bite melts in your mouth with that classic holiday spice.
Cook Time 10 minutes mins
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 TBSP molasses
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 1/3 cup Pure & Delicious Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- sprinkle sea salt
- 1/2 TBSP cinnamon
Melt butter in microwave.
Add all other ingredients and stir until combined.
Roll into 12 balls and gently press down to form each cookie shape.
Bake at 350 for 10-12min
Melt Lily's sugar free chocolate chips and drizzle over each cookie using a fork.
