Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Pure and Delicious LLC (“Pure & Delicious,” “we,” “us”), which runs pureanddelicious.us. They apply when you use the site or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and confirm the order by email.
  • We may decline or limit an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or an order looks fraudulent. If we've already charged you, we refund you in full.
  • Prices and availability can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you check out.
  • Sales tax is added where required, based on your shipping address.
  • Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, have no cash value, and we may withdraw them at any time.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you choose “Subscribe & Save,” you are enrolling in a subscription that renews automatically and charges your payment method until you cancel.

  • What you're charged: the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax, plus standard shipping on any delivery under the free-shipping threshold (see Shipping & Returns). The total per delivery is shown before you pay.
  • How often: the frequency you select — every 1, 2, or 3 months — starting one interval after your first order.
  • How long: until you cancel. There's no minimum term and no commitment.
  • Before each renewal we email you a reminder, so a charge is never a surprise.
  • How to cancel: sign in and cancel from your account page in a couple of clicks. Online, any time, no phone call, no email required, and no cancellation fee. You can also pause, skip a delivery, or change flavor, quantity, or frequency from the same page.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. An order already placed and shipped isn't reversed by cancelling — see our 30-day guarantee for that.
  • If your payment fails, we'll retry and let you know. If it keeps failing, the subscription is suspended rather than left to accrue charges.
  • We'll give you advance notice by email before any change to your subscription price, with time to cancel first.

Wholesale and clinic accounts

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity and to the pricing shown in your clinic dashboard. Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided for resale, not for redistribution or public posting. Approved accounts pay in advance unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Sales tax is charged on wholesale orders unless we have a valid resale or exemption certificate for your clinic on file; you're responsible for that certificate being accurate and for telling us if it lapses.

Health disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are dietary supplements and foods, not medicine. Nothing on this site — including our guides, protein calculator, and recipes — is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for talking to a qualified healthcare provider. Check with your provider before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or using a GLP-1 medication. Always read the label before use, including the allergen statement.

Accounts

Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of promotions or referrals, or resale outside an approved wholesale agreement.

Referral and affiliate programs

Referral rewards are issued as discount codes, have no cash value, and require the referred order to be completed and paid. We may withhold rewards and close accounts for self-referral, fake accounts, or other manipulation. Program terms can change or end at any time, though we honor rewards already earned.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photography, logos, recipes, guides, and formulations — belongs to Pure and Delicious LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You're welcome to share links, quote us with attribution, and cook our recipes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product it relates to. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, where Pure and Delicious LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here takes away protections your own state's consumer laws give you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
